There is bustling activity in the old village as about a hundred volunteers, young and old, don period peasant clothing and inhabit the houses and workshops. Come and feel, see, smell and taste - get an impression of life around 200 years ago.

Through the many live, hands-on activities you and your family will gain insight into the peasant culture and its living conditions, artisan traditions and customs.

Bring your own sandwiches and enjoy them in the picnic house or visit the Skyttegaarden restaurant for a unique day trip for the whole family.
