Dairy

Denmark’s smallest dairy, built in 1897. It is fully equipped with machinery, making it possible to produce a range of ordinary dairy products there.

The machines come partly from Mandø and partly from the agricultural museum in Old Estrup and are driven by a small upright steam engine, build in England in 1880.

The dairy manager’s apartment, consisting of two small rooms, can be seen at the north end of the building.
